10 Practical steps to secure new employment in an uncertain job market During this time of world economic uncertainty, some company may choose to retrench their worker. Many would give reasons that the company is not doing well financially and had to cut cost by getting rid of some of their employees. Early this year I was retrenched from a local listed technology company and last month I was struck with another blow, suffering the same fate with an American MNC. With over 10 years of work experience in the field of security and IT, I like to offer some practical steps to those who also being retrenched and are out of job for the moment. My obvious reason is a definite Yes ! there is still hope in this country. Malaysia being such a unique country with its different races , diversity and culture has a blend of unique ingredient to succeed in this global arena.
